We offer a variety of surveys, including our middle management and professional survey, the complimentary Key Job Survey, as well as Custom Surveys to meet your needs.

Surveys are administered by analyzing public sector salary data obtained directly from participating cities during the first quarter of 2014 and targeted all Cities in Texas with populations greater than 20,000.

Our quality control process is multi-faceted and includes both programmatic and manual processes to ensure the data provided in our survey is accurate.  We ensure statistical relevance using our proprietary methodology and data analysis system.  To further ensure data quality, all outliers were confirmed individually by our analysts through participating organizations or removed if such a confirmation was not possible.
